You need to register and create an account as a new user this will let you setup a username and password and you will be able to unfreeze your credit. I then got a screen warning me my account would be locked after 2 more invalid attempts, and an option to reset the password, which I clicked. I entered the password, but they say the password is invalid. ![]() Equifax requires my username which is my email and a password before I can get to the part where I enter the pin. I attempted to logon to Equifax to enter my pin and temporarily unfreeze the account. I need to temporarily unfreeze my Equifax security freeze.
